Community Plan Jetty Foreshores

On 9 June this year Council resolved not to support the NSW Government Draft Master Plan for the Jetty Foreshore Precinct. We made this decision mainly because of the proposed sale of community open space for residential development east of the railway line.

We are asking you, do you think something like this general concept would be a better outcome for our whole community? This community based plan is an alternative to the proposed rezoning and landsale of the Foreshores that would likely result in permanent multi-level residential development.
